I have frequented RiverTown Crossing Mall in Grand Rapids, MI and have found it to be very well maintained. I have been to several other malls around Michigan, but find the RiverTown Crossing Mall to be the best. The floors are very clean. I often see workers polishing the brass and cleaning the glass. I just wanted to write to commend your maintenance crew. I feel they are doing a fine job in maintaining the property and thereby keeping it a fun place to visit. The whole atmosphere there is an uplifting almost carnival type great place!

I have contracted with SCC Cleaning Company, Inc. as my preferred contractor since 1986 to present at three different properties I have managed (Golf Mill, Lakehurst and Gurnee Mills) throughout the Chicagoland area. Dear Jeff:

I just wanted to take a moment and write you a note of thanks.

I was at a high school on January 13, 2004 to review with the Director of Buildings and Grounds their procedures for building operations. As we took the tour portion of the interview, I began to notice the condition of the school, which is about three years newer than our Almond campus (six and one half years old). A reputable cleaning/maintenance company maintains their school.

There was very noticeable dust everywhere I looked, carpets looked bad, rubber stair treads were dirty and un-buffed, baseboards were scuffed, dull VCT tile and some were missing, etc. After I left their facility I realized that both our schools are much cleaner than their school.

My thanks to you and your great staff that we have at Warren Township High School for all the hard work you do each and every day to keep our schools looking so good. We are very fortunate to have SCC as our contracted cleaning service company.

I can tell you and your staff have a lot of pride in their work here at Warren.
