Would you buy a car without test driving it first? We are guessing the answer is no!

The same rule applies here. If you are going to trust your facility to a cleaning company we feel you should be able to test drive that company for 30 days and pay only labor costs.

Here’s how the Test Drive works: We will custom-build a proposal for your property to meet your requirements. Based on that proposal you may test drive us for 30 days and all you pay is the raw labor costs associated with that proposal. After you are completely satisfied, which we know you will be, we ask that you sign a contract and continue using our company based on the original proposal. If you are unsatisfied we will simply go away and you will be under no obligation other than the labor costs for the first 30 days. If you need more time to decide you may extend the test drive for an additional 30 days and pay only the raw labor and supplies based on the original proposal.
