Q.How long have you been in business?
A.20 years. We were founded in 1983.

Q.What types of facilities do you clean?
A.Currently, regional shopping centers are a large portion of our business but we also provide services for office buildings, schools, private businesses, public offices, banks, power plants, industrial manufacturing facilities and government institutions. We will clean any type of facility. Contact us if your facility does not fit into one of these categories and we will give you more information.

Q.Do you do business anywhere in my area?
A.We do business in the following states: Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, Texas, and Wisconsin. In addition to the areas listed, we have the capability to service any type of facility across the continental U.S.

Q.How much would it cost for SCC Cleaning Company, Inc. to clean my
facility?

A.That depends! We invite you to take the SCC Cleaning Company, Inc. Test Drive. Here’s how it works: we will custom-build a proposal for your property to meet your requirements. Based on that proposal you may test drive us for 30 days and all you pay is the raw labor costs associated with that proposal. After you are completely satisfied, which we know you will be, we ask that you sign a contract and continue using our company based on the original proposal. If you are unsatisfied we will simply go away and you will be under no obligation other than the labor costs for the first 30 days. If you need more time to decide you may extend the test drive for an additional 30 days and pay only the raw labor and supplies based on the original proposal.

Q.Do you do drug testing on your employees?
A.Yes. All employees are tested prior to being hired.

Q.Do you do criminal background checks on employees?
A.Yes. All employees are background checked prior to being hired.

Q.How does SCC Cleaning Company, Inc. train their employees?
A.Within 30 days of being hired all employees must pass the Housekeeper Level I test and they additionally have the opportunity to achieve through Housekeeper Level III testing. All employees are also OSHA trained which includes hazard communications as well as Bloodborne Pathogen and AWAIR training.

Inc. use?

A.SCC Cleaning Company, Inc. uses the most up-to-date, state-of-the-art equipment and we exclusively use Johnson Professional chemicals.
